The important booking conditions are straightforward, but several charges depend on the stay.
The Hazelton Hotel Toronto has policies covering arrival and departure, guest age, children, pets, smoking, parking, extra beds, and cancellations. The minimum check-in age is 18, and guests under 18 must arrive with a parent or official guardian. Guests should bring valid photo identification at arrival. Children are welcome, with baby cribs available on request and roll-away beds available for an additional nightly charge. Cats and dogs are permitted under the property's pet conditions. Smoking is restricted to designated areas, while guest rooms and public spaces remain non-smoking. Valet parking is available around the clock, and the hotel also provides complimentary luggage storage on arrival and departure days. The property's amenities and accommodation categories may have individual conditions, so the selected reservation should be checked for applicable requirements.
- Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Guests must provide valid photo identification when arriving at the hotel.
- Check-Out
Check-out is scheduled for 12:00 noon. Guests requiring additional time should request late departure in advance, as availability may vary.
- Minimum Age
The minimum check-in age is 18. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
- Children
Children of all ages are welcome at The Hazelton Hotel Toronto. Occupancy depends on the selected room and its existing bedding arrangement.
- Cribs and Extra Beds
Baby cribs are available on request at no additional charge, subject to availability. Roll-away beds are available for CAD 50 per night, with availability depending on the accommodation.
- Pets
Cats and dogs are permitted. The property charges a CAD 150 pet fee every seven days for up to three pets, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds per pet. Service dogs are exempt from the pet fee.
- Smoking
Smoking and electronic cigarettes are not permitted inside guest bedrooms or public areas. Designated smoking areas are provided outside the main non-smoking spaces.
- Parking
24-hour valet parking is available. Overnight valet parking is currently listed at CAD 69 and includes unlimited in-and-out privileges. Vehicles must be below approximately 6.6 feet or two metres in height.
- Cancellation
Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate and reservation. Non-refundable reservations remain subject to their stated booking conditions, while other rates may allow cancellation within a specified period.
- Special Requests
Special requests can be made before arrival, including requests relating to a particular room, crib, or other accommodation requirements. Requests remain subject to availability.
